Westbrick is definitely rough and not very pleasant city in which a young police officer Matthew lives with his wife. At the same time serial killers Billy and Barbara begin another series of murders in order to fame. Matthew gets his first assignment with his partner William, crossed the path of Billy and Barbara but William forfeit his life, torture and murder in the death of his wife by Matthew
